Stephen Grinich
CEO & Co-Founder

As a recent graduate of the Master of Translational Medicine program, Stephen focused on digital health innovation while in grad school at UC Berkeley, UCSF, Berkeley Haas School of Business, and Stanford Biodesign. Before school, Stephen was a software engineer for 5+ years at multiple telehealth startups, and studied computer science at Carleton College.

Stephen swam competitively for over 10 years and competed at the NCAA National Championships as a student-athlete. These days, Stephen is a recreational athlete: find him surfing, rock climbing, snowboarding, and running around the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jakob Kraiger
CMO & Co-Founder

Before coming to the Bay Area, Jakob worked as a Medical Doctor in Vienna, Austria. Working in an antiquated medical environment inspired Jakob to explore alternative ways of providing healthcare. As a recent graduate of UC Berkeley’s Masters of Bioengineering program, Jakob focused on Innovations in Healthcare, Telehealth and Medical Device development. The clinical experience of working with Orthopedic patients as well as the desire to provide better care led him to Warrior Health.

Jakob played Basketball competitively for all his youth. Since then, Jakob has exchanged the ball with chalk - currently you can find him bouldering, as well as jogging and hiking.  He is currently thinking about expanding his recreational sports efforts to race cycling as well.
